Our facilities throughout Indiana provide primary care on a sliding fee scale to patients of all ages who might not otherwise be able to afford quality healthcare.

At Apostolic Chapel, 760 Jackson Ave, Peru: Celebrate Recovery has a proven 30 year track record of helping people break destructive behaviors and additions by teaching them to deal with life's hurts, habits, and hangups in a healthy way. Each Monday night at 5:00 pm we offer a free meal with the program starting at 5:30. Programs for children ages 5-11 are provided.
